We look forward to receiving your application. Tasks
Managing and leading the project team including internal partners, subcontractors, consortium partner if applicable, as well as external interfaces
Maintain contact with customers and other internal and external stakeholder, resolve contractual conflicts, or elevate conflicts to branch level for resolution
Ensures compliance with contractual specifications and associated factory standards as well as appropriate codes, standards, and regulations
Advise customers in finding solutions and support sales in order to acquisition, quotation or order finalization
Required qualifications
Engineering degree in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or mechatronics (FH, HF)
Solid knowledge of business administration
At least 3 years of capital project management experience in the automotive field or in the chemical process engineering field or similar
Willing to acquire and apply a sound and technical understanding of machinery, equipment and process
Experience in Leadership
Strong planning, good judgement, decision-making and organizational skills
Fluent in German and English, further language skills are an advantage
Readiness to travel (approx. 20%)
Preferred qualifications
Further training in project management (PMI, IMPA certification)
