WinGD is looking for a


Hybrid Controls Intern

Responsibilities



  • Develop the SiL models to model the WinGD Hybrid propulsion system using Matlab/Simulink.

  • Develop real time optimal control algorithm using Matlab/Simulink

  • Support the academic WinGD Hybridisation Project by align with already developed scientific work. 

  • Support the SiL and HiL control developments for system integration.

Requirements



  • Bachelor Degree in marine / mechanical engineering or similar

  • Strong knowledge on control theory, especially MPC.

  • General knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and ideally internal combustion engines.

  • Experience in building cost/objective functions, adding constraints and solving linear/non-linear systems.

  • Basic knowledge of hybrid powertrains is desired.
