WinGD is looking for a
Hybrid Controls Intern
Responsibilities
Develop the SiL models to model the WinGD Hybrid propulsion system using Matlab/Simulink.
Develop real time optimal control algorithm using Matlab/Simulink
Support the academic WinGD Hybridisation Project by align with already developed scientific work.
Support the SiL and HiL control developments for system integration.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in marine / mechanical engineering or similar
Strong knowledge on control theory, especially MPC.
General knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and ideally internal combustion engines.
Experience in building cost/objective functions, adding constraints and solving linear/non-linear systems.
Basic knowledge of hybrid powertrains is desired.
