DigitEx is looking for a passionate digital marketer who will contribute to our Global Digital Creative and Content priorities by translating the strategy into actionable plans and executing them. In this role you will be driving digital content excellence to transform into the best data-driven marketing organization in Consumer Health.

Key Tasks:



  • Define and drive BCH’s global digital content strategy in alignment with GCBUs and Regions

  • Establish global digital content framework defining content principles, best in class standards, skills, processes, tools, and technology. Scale and lead adoption across categories and markets.

  • Define metrics and KPIs to track progress of digital content strategy implementation

  • Track and monitor Digital Presence of BCH global brands across key intersections (Website, SEO, social etc.)

  • Identify and scale best-in-class content production models across regions/countries, co-lead ongoing optimization of the current content production set-up and agency model, coordinating the work of agencies and BCH stakeholders. 

  • Drive / Support conceptual set-up of content and asset management systems and tools (DAM, CMS etc.) to deliver better user experience and ensure business objectives are met. Provide inputs for continuous optimization of the systems based on global and local needs.

  • Be a thought leader on content development and channel planning

  • Build relationship and collaboration with BCH Global creative and media agencies, content and tech partners


 


WHO YOU ARE


 



  • 7+ years of digital & content marketing experience

  • BSc degree in Business, Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field

  • Experience working in Digital Marketing at top B2C company, Digital Creative/Content Agency or Major Tech players

  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams

  • Experience influencing & building trusted relationship at C-level

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising technology and data / performance assessment

  • Experience with content development to support Consumer Shopper Journeys

  • Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

  • An acumen of how to develop content that resonates with specific audiences in digital channels

  • Experience with IT systems behind Digital Marketing, web development, content storage and delivery


Preferred Skills:



  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

  • Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in brand, content and channel strategy

  • Experience in prioritizing and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
