Our Financial Advisory Team works with clients to support them in making complex financial decisions in a range of different business circumstances including transformations, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

Working with the Modelling team, as part of the firm's Financial Advisory practice, will position you to provide creative solutions to CFOs and finance professionals for planning, forecasting and reporting purposes.

What you can expect from us:

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have a keen interest in the environment of Financial Advisory Services. You will be part of an energised and experienced Valuation, Modelling and Analytics team adding value on complex, high profile projects where you will: 



  • Help clients in making complex, multi-dimensional decisions that create value

  • Work with the team to structure the analysis, derive supportable assumptions, and communicate the results to internal and external stakeholders

  • Working with other Service lines from across the firm on a range of financial modelling issues

  • Develop compelling business cases that consider the costs and benefits on large strategic investment decisions

  • Work with senior client partners to help craft financial analysis

  • Take an active role in business development initiatives which could include being closely aligned to industry or sector groups

  • Be creative in developing client solutions and also in driving the Valuation, Analytics and Modelling strategy forward

  • The opportunity to work on projects with a strong international flavour and the chance to work independently.

Your qualifications 



  • You have at least 7 years' relevant experience in the area of Financial Modelling from other advisory / consulting firms

  • You have a degree from a university or technical college (master's in finance, accounting and / or controlling or mathematics preferred or another field with additional financial training (e.g. ACCA, CFA, ACA)

  • At least five years of practical delivery experience with demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and execute projects and managing teams

  • Have strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving, an effective approach to time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • You are passionate about building customer relationships and this is something that comes easily to you

  • You would be willing to travel internationally to work and support our projects and clients

  • You communicate confidently in English and German. Any further languages would be an advantage.
