• You use project management methodologies and best practice to ensure consistent and reliable project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets


• You support business analysis of various processes across different project streams


• You are part of a diverse team and actively collaborate with stakeholders to support data collection and process modelling


• You perform a variety of tasks in the areas of project management and end-to-end design, development and implementation of processes and solutions

You Offer

You Offer 

• You possess a university degree or equivalent higher education in finance, economics or business administration and have a practical working experience of over 5 years in banking


• You have proven experience in business analysis and end-to-end process design


• You are familiar with product management in the area of wealth management and core banking processes and you have a strong expertise in the Credit Management area and in particular for Mortgages and Lombard Lending


• You are able to communicate efficiently and in ways appropriate to those being addressed in the interest of building up and maintaining a sustainable professional network


• You have experience in cooperating with IT and multiple front stakeholders and you easily identify business needs and requirements with a solution oriented approach


• You are results-oriented and have well-structured work style combined with the ability to learn and drive new topics


• You are able to develop high-quality operating models as well as take over ownership of their implementation


• You are fluent in English (Knowledge of German, Italian and Spanish is beneficial)
