Quality Engineer Automotive (m/f)

We are looking for a personality who sees oneself as a doer and motivator and acts as a link between quality management and wafer production. As Quality Engineer Automotive (m/f) you are the first contact person for quality relevant topics in our clean room production.

Your main tasks:

Responsible for quality assurance

• Project management and/or collaboration in projects


• Identify and evaluate all risks and actively participate in process improvements

Continuous improvement and audits

• Definition of quality objectives and their continuous review


• Implementation of quality assurance measures


• Planning and implementation of process and product audits

Implementation of methods and quality standards

• Establishment and training of quality methods according to standard IATF 16949


• Documentation of results and quality reports

Your profile:

UAS degree in microsystems engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry as well as in process management
Experience in APQP processes such as PPAP, MSA, FMEA, 8D reports as well as in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard
Knowledge of quality techniques for problem analysis, solution finding & implementation
Independent, structured work, process-oriented thinking as well as high quality awareness
Experience in the implementation and training of quality methods
Negotiable in German
