Micra is the latest innovative product, that allows patients to improve incredibly their therapy experience; Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy pacemakers (CRTP) is the ultimate evolution of pacing, where patients affected by advanced and debilitating heart failure, can gain back they quality of live and live longer.
Every year in Western Europe around 450,000 patients are treated by Cardiac Pacing, and a growing percentage of them, larger than 1/3, receive a Medtronic pacemaker.

A day in the life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for Leadless pacemakers (Micra) and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy pacemakers (CRTP).


• Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.


• Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.


• Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.


• Works with other functions to finalize product specifications.


• Provides advertising with core brand equity.


• Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required


• Minimum of 7 year of experience in marketing roles


• You are flexible, creative, customer oriented and you like to work in an international and continuously changing environment


• Strong project management skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and decisive, highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams.


• Self-starter that takes the initiative to start and complete assignments on their own


• Solid business acumen


• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills


• Fluency in English


• Business travel – up to 30%

• MBA


• Experience both in-country and international


• Cardiology market competencies


• Medical device market competencies
