Junior Project Buyer (m/f/d) in full or part time (Ref.Nr. R0127019)


For our activities in the field of space at our location in Zürich, Switzerland


You will enjoy having this responsibility:


You are part of the project core team to drive all procurement activities for important projects within space industry.


It also involves the following tasks:



  • Responsibility towards the Project Manager:in for Suppliers and Subcontractors


  • Ordering general and specific space parts


  • Procurements with respect to schedule, on time delivery and budget as well as quality


  • Procurement Planning


  • Supporting logistics activities at our small warehouse


  • Supply chain responsible from request for quotations (RfQ) towards supplier/subcontractors until final delivery to the customer


  • External commercial interface to suppliers/subcontractors


  • Internal interface to project managers, contracts manager, engineers, and purchasing team


  • Contribute to project risk management (identify monitor, mitigate)


  • Being responsible for the data of externally procured purchasing parts and for maintaining and optimizing purchasing master data in SAP



You have:



  • Master degree in either technical or commercial field


  • Strong background in both technical procurement and supply chain management


  • Professional experience within space domain would be an asset


  • Used to work in highly flexible environment of projects


  • Very good communication and negotiation skills


  • English and German proficiency written and spoken
