Sport Division Digital Marketing Specialist 

In this position you will join the international marketing team in the Sport Division. You will take responsibility for the development, coordination and execution of the global marketing strategy across Running and Wintersports segments with a focus primarily on Running.

Tasks:

• Focus on reaching our existing consumers and new consumers with brand and product messages. 


• Be a key player in the go to market strategy for SCOTT Running & Wintersports Collections.


• Work closely with the content creation team to guide the creation of marketing material with an emphasis on optimizing distribution


• Work closely with our digital services team to implement new workflows and optimize existing ones to drive organizational change and increase marketing ROI. 


• Create a consistent reporting structure to give feedback to key stakeholders and guide strategic thinking for future activations. 


• Drive our Ecomm business by working with key stakeholders to evaluate priorities and allocate budget and resources. 


• Be an internal advocate for Running division

We expect:

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communications or a related field and 3+ years of experience in outdoor industry, running experience is a must.


• Strong digital background with experience supporting an e-comm business


• High affinity and know-how of sport products and passion for the sport


• Experience in project management, online communication and go-to-market


• Strong communication and interaction skills


• Creative skills to develop new marketing and communication campaigns


• Avid runner


• Team player


• Business fluent English, German and French a plus
