We offer a challenging and exciting role as Senior Credit Risk Policy Expert in the CRM IWM Credit Framework team within the Credit Risk Management (CRM) business area for our International Wealth Management (IWM) division. Credit business is a key driver of our growth in International Wealth Management. Join our dynamic working environment that provides the opportunity to be in charge of defining and maintaining the CRM IWM credit risk framework (policies, procedures) in collaboration with the specialists in the credit business. Your role will be to coordinate the implementation and review of policies and align with the business professionals located both in Switzerland and in our international offices. You will apply your expertise in the impact assessment of policy documents published by other functions. You will have the opportunity to represent the CRM IWM function on the policy framework in projects and to interact with business partners across the bank globally becoming a trusted advisor to the credit business.
This role offers you a strategic opportunity to make a significant contribution to a large initiative on a new legal entity set-up by being the primary contact for any matters related to the policy framework and by ensuring that standard methodologies [RB(21] get applied for the policy framework of the new entity.
