What success looks like in this role:

• Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die Beratung, Planung und konzeptionelle Unterstützung von großen, hochkomplexen IT-Betriebsorganisationen


• Moderne DevOps Prinzipien sind dir genauso geläufig wie ITIL und Service Management Prozesse


• Du bist in der Lage dich sicher zwischen den Business- und unterschiedlichen IT Organisationen zu bewegen


• Es erwarten dich hochkomplexe Aufgaben in einem spannenden Umfeld

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Eine fundierte IT-Ausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (Uni, FH oder HF) und idealerweise Background im Bereich Infrastructure Services


• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projekten und/oder Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen bei Großunternehmen oder öffentlichen Organisationen


• ITIL Zertifizierung verbunden mit hoher Methodenkompetenz.


• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden im Betriebsumfeld (DevOps / SAFe)


• Konzeptionelle Erfahrung im Umfeld Service Management


• Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift: Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch und/oder Französisch
