Job description/ key responsibilities

• Creating MS PPT presentations in new branding and updating existing presentations and image library


• Using Indesign and word to updating and formatting different documents


• Formatting content in an engaging and compelling manner for internal communications


• Project management of video content to promote our business expertise


• Content creation and animation of social media channels


• Supporting Digital Marketing Manager in rolling out the new intranet project (organization of department workshops etc.)

Education & Professional experience

• Good undergraduate degree or 3 years practical and relevant experience


• First internship experiences in Marketing

Language requirements

• Strong written French and English with excellent proof-reading skills

IT Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Power Point


• Ideally has managed content using MS Sharepoint


• Video filming, editing and production experience


• Ideally experience in Drupal and Hootsuite

Strong working knowledge in Google analytics and Google tag manager
