Our client is an IT company that designs ERP and business management solutions for medium and large companies. Through the ability of providing customer-tailored products and high-performance services, this company has become leader in Switzerland in this sector and can number among its loyal customers established companies in the MedTech, Machining, Watchmaking and Electronics industries.

For their location in Canton Aargau we are looking for an experienced and challenge-oriented person as Business Developer to support the established and thriving team.

Your tasks

In this challenging position you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers (small, medium and large segment) with the aim to expand the business and increase the revenues. More in details, you will take care of:

• Developing existing customer relationships and securing long-term ongoing sales in the relevant sector


• Managing the entire sales process: initial contact building, deal capture, proposal generation with the support of the pre-sales team, contract closure


• Analyzing the market and conducting competitor studies to identify the needs of the market and provide advanced ERP solutions with the support of the company's marketing and R&D teams


• Input project data into CRM and report on continued pipeline expansion


• Expanding our relationships with consulting firms and intermediaries

Your profile

To be successful in this position you hold a degree (bachelor or master) in business informatics, business administration, or similar. Moreover, you offer:

• At least 5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions in Switzerland


• Deep knowledge of ERP products and strong understanding of market and competitors


• Experience in the acquisition of small to large companies and good understanding of the different working environments and structures


• Sales and customer-oriented approach with hunting spirit, strong negotiation and communication skills and a dynamic and proactive personality


• (Swiss)German as mother tongue and business fluency in English; French in an advantage
