Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten



  • Responsibility for business development with microscopy

  • Execution of the global strategy by transfering it into the local sales teams and distributors

  • Develop business foci with our global sales team to extend our market position further

  • Alignment with Country Managers about measures how to achieve business plan targets

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products

  • Extend our business with microscopy with new applications and newly addressed markets

  • Guide and train the global sales team in how to present and sell our products

  • Support customer facing initiatives of the global sales and applications team

  • Develop product marketing plans to improve product visibility and positioning

  • Convert market and voice of customer experience into fruitful improvements with our microscopic portfolio

  • Suggest innovations and enhancements for our products to strengthen their position, and to develop them further with new markets


Qualifikationen



  • Several years (5+) of experience in the global management of analytical instrumentation and with global marketing

  • Experience leading cross-functional regional marketing and sales teams, and working directly with customers

  • Experience in sales of analytical devices

  • Knowledge with microscopy and IR/Raman spectroscopy

  • Master’s degree in natural sciences or technical engineering

  • Extended skills in teamwork, outcome orientation and strong persistence to reach goals

  • Good presentation skills to communicate technical innovations and sales initiatives to the project teams, and country organizations globally

  • Fluent in English with a well-developed feel of language, German language skills desired

  • High level of result-orientation, reliability, and self-motivation

  • Willingness to travel internationally
