To strengthen our Good Receiving & Incoming Goods Inspection team, located in Baden, we are looking for a motivated and reliable employee in the field of Incoming Goods Inspection. In this role, you will oversee the quality of the purchased parts before storage. This is an important position in the quality process from the Supply & Value Chain Excellence department to ensure good quality in the warehouse.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible to create and maintain inspection plans in the SAP Q module


• Incoming Goods inspection of turbocharger components according to serial part inspection process and specification


• Component inspection and supplier document verification in the sample process


• Record of non-conformities


• On-site source inspection


• Interface to the purchasing team and other internal stakeholders


• Lead improvement projects to continuously improve equipment and processes

Your background

• Background in mechanical engineering with experience in Incoming Goods Inspection and/or Quality Management


• Experience in Iron Casting technology and inspection of iron casting parts would be a plus


• Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a structured work style


• Good SAP knowledge (QM-Module) and MS Office skills


• Willingness to travel up to 10%


• Fluency in German and English required
