Technical Assistant Bioanalytics (80-100%) M/F


Job description


To strengthen our Bioanalytics team, we are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our Translational Medicine Department. Together with senior team members, you will support the clinical development of our therapeutic DARPin® molecules by addressing study needs in the field of regulated bioanalysis. These needs include drug quantification, characterization of immunogenic reactions against the drug, and biomarkers analysis to monitor drug activity in patients.


This challenging and diverse position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:



  • Qualification/validation of a broad range of bioanalytical assays with a strong focus on PK, ADA and biomarker assays) using primarily ligand binding assay platforms.

  • Exploratory analysis of pre-clinical and clinical study samples following GLP/GCP principle and internal SOPs. Perform QC and review of documentation.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of work.

  • Preparation of data summaries, updates, reports

  • Further improvement of processes and laboratory infrastructure (SOPs, templates, macros, IT/database etc.)


Requirements


For this challenging position, we are looking for a highly motivated individual bringing alone:



  • Bachelor degree or apprenticeship in biology/biochemistry or related discipline

  • Ideally 2 or more years of hands-on lab experience in the pharmaceutical industry or from a bioanalytical CRO

  • An accurate working style paired with a strong attention to details

  • An interest in working in a GxP regulated field, previous experience is a plus

  • A proactive mindset with excellent organization skills and flexibility

  • High level of resilience

  • Open communication and team oriented

  • Good knowledge in English
