Tasks
Create, implement, monitor and take responsibility for the project plan in terms of commercial, qualitative, scheduling and safety-relevant aspects
Coordinate and supervise all tasks (technical design, production, assembly, test operation up to commissioning)
Leading professional interdisciplinary project teams and coaching project engineers
Advise customers in finding solutions and support sales in order to acquisition, quotation or order finalisation
Maintaining customer contacts and cooperating with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
FH or HF degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation as well as solid knowledge of business administration.
at least 3 years of experience in project management (or proven skills in plant projects in an international environment)
willing to acquire and apply a sound and technical understanding of machinery and equipment
leadership experience
strong planning, good judgement, decision-making and organisational skills
fit in German and English
open to international travel of approx. 20%.
Preferred qualifications
further training in project management (PMI, IMPA certification)
language skills such as French or Spanish
