Staff on Call in EAM Net Administration

Your field of responsibility

 

You have the opportunity to work with an on-call contract (hourly salary) with irregular working hours, which can be ideally compatible and agreed with your studies. We are offering an exciting and very diverse role while being part of the dedicated EAM (External Asset Manager) department serving similar units around the world. The main focus of yours will be to work in a highly motivated team of 10 employees of EAM client application related operations (EAM Net Administration) while the oper-ations team covers 6000 client accesses to 6 applications in various constellations. In this key func-tion, you will work closely with relationship managers, investment consultants, project members as well as product manager and IT contacts of several applications and locations.

For this role we are looking for a candidate that offers:



  • Enrollment at an university with focus on economics, law or a related field and/or a completed com-mercial apprenticeship

  • First experience in the financial industry is one of your assets that you bring to our team

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially practical Excel knowledge is required

  • Strong communication skills in German and English enable you to quickly gain trust and build up solid and collaborative working relationships
