Responsible for building Quality Assurance mastery and expertise within a sector or Business Unit to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Trains and coaches site and system leaders on corporate, sector/BU and regulatory requirements. Facilitates and enables partnerships with appropriate functions e.g., Engineering, SMO, Market, R&D, etc. to implement effective work processes, eliminate losses and reduce risk.
QualificationsTo qualify for the position(s), you possess the following qualities:
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong expertise acting as a QP in pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing businesses;
Experience working as a Responsible person (performing actively as a RP on license);
Eligibility as Responsible Person (Switzerland);
Current knowledge of requirements for Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice;
Good working knowledge of requirements for GMP and GDP;
Independent thinking and planning for self;
Collaborative and solution oriented;
Strong experience in delivering against operational and strategic business priorities and handling QA activities on a large scale;
Advanced ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication and project management skills;
Highly motivated, proactive, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive;
Excellent MS Office (Excel, PPT) skills
Strong verbal & written knowledge of English.
