JOB DESCRIPTION

Joining Intuitive Surgical means joining a team dedicated to using technology to benefit patients by improving surgical efficacy and decreasing surgical invasiveness, with patient safety as our highest priority.


Primary Function of Position:


As a member of the Regional HR Operations team, the HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting HR programs and policies, processes and systems to ensure that HR operations are timely, efficient and compliant.


Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Global HR Operations), EMEA HRBPs and Finance Payroll teams to successfully enable employee and manager understanding of existing or new HR programs, processes and systems;

  • Support continuous process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of processes and HRIS touching the entire employment life-cycle focusing on measurable quality, service and cost improvement;



  • Analyze HR data and partner with HR team members in order to ensure data integrity, identify the root cause of transactional errors and make recommendations as necessary to support HR related data accuracy and to improve operational efficiencies;

  • Partner with HRBP to analyse local or European needs and provide systems or programs solutions.

  • Manage various European projects: UKG implementation, E contract/ offers in EU, non compete

  • Migrate multiple processes in Smartsheet and train users

  • Analyses Payroll needs and identify possible integration in the HR ERP (HCM) or other processes

  • Perform HR system testing (e.g. UT, UAT)

  • Deliver reports to support HR processes, HR team, management and any other internal requirements;.



  • Manage country specifics projects upon local legal needs such as equal gender pay, job classification.


 


 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 5 years of experience in project management, HR best practices and key HR processesunderstanding, in a multicultural environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, initiate and identify solution whilst prioritizing work and meeting deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and goal oriented individual, passionate about improving business performance

  • Collaborative, team player attitude with a customer service mentality

  • Systems savvy and experienced with HRIS and excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent written & spoken English and French is an asset
