HUGO BOSS International Markets AG in Zug is responsible for over 52 countries in Eastern Europe and Africa. For our wholesale sales Eastern Europe department we are looking for a Sales Manager for womenswear within our international and dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
Creation of consumer right assortments for BOSS & HUGO womenswear based on global CORE range
Creation and tracking NOS packages and stock sales development on POS level
Sell-in of womenswear to business partner in our showroom and also via digital showroom
Perform product and& sales trainings and manage collection workshops for BOSS & HUGO womenswear
Collection feedback to brand for BOSS & HUGO womenswear
Develop strategies to meet category financial goals
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics and/or a successfully finished apprenticeship with a textile sales background
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position in wholesale in the fashion industry
Extensive communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment
Excellent product knowledge of premium / luxury fashion brands and strong analytical and organizational skills
Openness towards other cultures and willingness to travel
Fluency in German and English
