Lead the execution of marketing programs (product lines, distribution, communication, etc.) from start to finish, in collaboration with Sika sales organizations
Analyze customer insights and trends as well as market analysis and marketing best practices
Build future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
Act as the key player in content creation for the promotion of Sika and “Sika’s Aftermarket Story”, such as sales messaging, social media and stakeholder information
Coach and train local Sika sales organizations worldwide in Aftermarket channel development, applications and product introduction
