  • Lead the execution of marketing programs (product lines, distribution, communication, etc.) from start to finish, in collaboration with Sika sales organizations


  • Analyze customer insights and trends as well as market analysis and marketing best practices


  • Build future campaign development and go-to-market strategies


  • Act as the key player in content creation for the promotion of Sika and “Sika’s Aftermarket Story”, such as sales messaging, social media and stakeholder information


  • Coach and train local Sika sales organizations worldwide in Aftermarket channel development, applications and product introduction
