The level of complexity in this space requires strong leadership in terms of strategy and execution capability. We are looking for a senior, high energy business leader, able to foster and advance the success of the DTS relationship with two of our Global Customers.
Join us as a Client Executive in our Dell Technologies Select team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
This leader will be responsible for continuing to grow the DTS business in the accounts and generate incremental business. The successful candidate will achieve this by leading the DTS team and regional account teams, and working with the Specialty teams. The successful individual must know (or have the capacity to quickly learn) how the Dell Technologies portfolio can be leveraged to help the customers achieve their objectives. The candidate must have excellent relationship building skills with senior customers (CTO) and credibility based on past experience of selling/delivering large scale technology transformations.
You will:
Contribute to formulating and driving execution of near and long term strategy for respective focus area.
Manage territory planning and goal assignment; manages current and future pipeline. Drive incremental sales
Anticipates and resolves difficult problems.
Leads complex negotiations for specific focus area.
Influences internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
Minimum of 10+ years solution sales experience in the IT industry having managed accounts within the finance / banking sector. A demonstrable consistent track record of overachievement against target; Has driven unique opportunities from business led conversations and can demonstrate scalability.
Ability to influence others to achieve results; ability to manage large complex deals and in a matrix environment.
Excellent understanding of the competition.
Strategic planning abilities alongside excellent consultative selling skills. Proven track record of selecting and leading a high performing extended team.
