Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratize data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will assist hiring managers in recruiting IT/Data Science teams in EMEA, create job advertisements and publishing them on Job boards, universities' career centers , etc. and coordinate all the recruitment process for EMEA.

As part of your responsibilities you will:

• Source potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)


• Screen applications, giving feedback to candidates


• Conduct interviews on via Phone, Teams or face-to-face


• Draft employment letters


• Take references


• Contact external recruiters and negotiating terms of collaboration


• Negotiate compensation packag


• Send offer letters to selected candidates
