What is your motivation to outgrow yourself?

We are continuing to expand our development expert team. We are looking for motivated Java developers for our banking consulting business in Bern.

Tasks:

• Development, implementation and maintenance of applications, components, modules and interfaces 


• Perform tests


• Coach new team members

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in software design and software development with Java


• Excellent understanding of design patterns, test-driven development, source code management


• Previous experience of a development role in finance  e.g. banking or insurance is a plus


• German Business fluent is a must, English preferred   


• Strong soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background
