• Manage quality assurance team at the BAUMANN Switzerland site


• Ensure, maintain, further develop and document the QA test equipment and the test processes


• Continuously develop and ensure the efficient and correct performance of QA tests


• Evaluate measuring systems


• Participate in shop floor meetings


• Ensure the efficient and sustainable handling of internal complaints


• Support audits, supplier and customer complaints


• Collaboration in the continuous development and maintenance of the QM system

• Technical education and advanced QA training


• Experience in leading QA teams in the industrial and automotive sector for at least 3 years


• Leadership and project experience


• Very good knowledge of quality core tools (8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA)


• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, ISO 13485 is a plus


• SAP knowledge is a plus


• Fluent in German and English


• Ability to communicate on various levels, analytical and team mindset


• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
