The Industrial Security Center is a newly created innovative project to deliver real-time security services to Electricity Industry and Critical Infrastructure customers. These services will be delivered in cooperation with strategic partners, both world-leaders in their respective security domain. The Industrial Security Center IT Manager Security Operations Infrastructure is responsible to lead the design and implementation of the ISC system applications. To strengthen the team, we need a person with strong IT Security background and leadership capabilities to drive forward our vison of a more secure power grid. Your responsibilities

• Drive Architecture with focus on Security Operations


• Lead all IT tool related projects to deliver a Security Operations Center (SOC) and take responsibility for the on-time delivery of the IT infrastructure


• Validate the developed solutions and coordinate integration of application stack


• Lead and supervise IT & Application operations for SOC


• Document business needs and translate them into requirements for the development/support team. Ensure development of application portfolio


• Collaborate and align with Corporate/Product IT Security team


• Manage IT budget for SOC operations

Your background

• Higher degree in Computer Science/Informatics/Information Technologies or equivalent


• Operational experience in one or more of the following areas: cloud applications, cyber security and IT infrastructure/ networks


• Able to understand security related topics and coordinate across multiple domains


• Able to make technical evaluation and provide solutions to the management


• Previous experience as application engineer would be a plus


• Strong communication skills


• Fluent English. French, German would be plus
