ROLE DESCRIPTION 

• We are looking for leaders to join our insurance practice who can advise our customers in the insurance and financial services industries, and are committed to expanding their market position through new or optimized business models, based on digital technologies, innovative processes and agile organizational models.


• You will lead various projects and project teams through all stages – from defining the objectives and program planning, through to implementation, together with our customers.


• An ability to build and expand strong business relationships with customers, as well as managing the acquisition of new consulting projects.


• You will develop and explore marketable topics in a wide range of areas, including insurance, digital innovation, transformation, integration & automation, platform economics & ecosystems, partnerships & sourcing as well as agile ways of working & change management.


• In order to meet the high demands of our customers, you will be confident in supporting your team’s development, as well as ensuring they have the requisite skills to provide real value to our clients.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

• A successfully completed university degree.


• Several years of practical experience in advising financial services companies and/or in the insurance industry, as well as in managing complex transformation projects.


• Proven success in the acquisition of consulting projects, as well as a relevant network in the insurance environment.


• Excellent industry and process know-how, i.e. knowledge of the insurance business, the current market environment, insurance processes and supporting technologies.


• Interest in the development of unconventional solutions that focus on the customer experience and are developed together with our customers.


• You are a team player with a high level of initiative, commitment and assertiveness.


• Fluent in German and English.


• Unrestricted mobility in the (inter-)national area.
