Location: this role can be based either in Sofia, London or Munich or remotely in any other location with similar time zones

SMART VALOR is a financial technology company which operates a Premier European Digital Asset Exchange. Our offices are in Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein and Bulgaria.

We are looking for a Crypto Digital Marketing Lead to join our journey and lead the scaling of the digital asset exchange and extension of product range (NFTs and DeFi).

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?

• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeted at massive scaling of exchange volumes and new customer acquisition - short-term: growing amount of exchange and NFT customers by 200.000 within 12 months; mid-term: getting SMART VALOR into the top 5 exchanges in Europe in 2 years


• Lead, hire and manage the team of content contributors, graphic designers, SEO, social media specialists and other freelancers (up to 7 people)


• Design and lead the roll-out of the new product segment: NFT marketplace VALOR Prime


• Supervise the website evolution and marketing side of the exchange


• Find and utilize distribution partnerships


• Optimize the conversion and activate signed-up users


• Supervise and contribute to creation of efficient marketing communication to the potential and existing customers

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Skills:

• Great understanding and experience in crypto marketing: you have led scaling of other exchanges, crypto platforms and achieved significant customer growth.


• Experience designing marketing campaigns for crypto audience, understanding of what great looks like and implement it for SMART VALOR


• Ability to get part of execution done yourself which means in-depth knowledge in one or several domains of digital marketing such as social media, SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, viral marketing


• Ability to create effective marketing communication – write campaigns texts, user announcements and other campaign related communication


• Project management skills: proven ability to lead the team achieving timely and reliable execution

Nice to have:

• Experience with various marketing tools such as: Website analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Mailjet, Wordpress, advertisement platforms

You are a self starter, like to manage people and believe in good management practices. You also love tech and you are driven by the desire to make the world a better place and not afraid of tough challenges. You are keen to be part of a start-up where you can bring your ideas and high energy at the table!

HOW YOU`LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• You have a BA/MS Degree in either marketing, data science, business administration or related field;


• You have around 4 to 6 years of experience, having started your career in a fast-paced dynamic environment (digital marketing agency or fast-growing early-stage business) and then specialised in one of the digital marketing domains


• You have responsibility of the execution of marketing campaigns and growing customer base for a crypto company or a crypto-related project


• You are professionally fluent in English


• Germany, Polish, Bulgarian, Russian are a plus
