The role reports to the Global Head of Service Applications. As a Global Service Delivery Process Developer, you will work in a high-paced, international environment, shaping our future end-to-end service delivery processes and application (software) landscape. You will be accountable for mapping current and future process flows, maintaining the list of changes required to optimize service delivery and related applications, and coordinate their implementation with the global service delivery process owners and global applications team.


Your responsibilities



  • Leading improvement of the end-to-end service delivery processes and related impact on the application (software) landscape, making sure that the needs of users and customers are prioritized.

  • Leading evaluation of current end-to-end service delivery processes, understanding of current service delivery operational procedures and process flows, analyzing the current service delivery application portfolio.

  • Prioritizing changes required to improve the end-to-end service delivery processes and coordinating their implementation, including the development of new or improvement of current processes, coordination with global applications and

  • process owners to define the impact on the current and future application landscape, owning business cases, demonstrating the value created by improving business processes.

  • Serving as a liaison between the Global Motion Services Applications team and key global and local stakeholders. Managing multiple stakeholder relationships by prioritizing the demand pipeline and understanding and negotiate stakeholder needs and expectations.

Your background



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields is required with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a service delivery organization.

  • Strong understanding of key service delivery business processes in a large company.

  • Experience in business process and software development and/or optimization (is an advantage).

  • Strong leadership / project management competencies are required with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

  • Excellent communications skills are needed with an ability to ask good questions and translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technical stakeholders.

  • A “zoom-in zoom-out” approach in identifying the best solution, always ensures that the steps taken are coherent with the division strategy and vision.

  • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
