The impact you can have

As part of our dynamic growth, the global Sales Operations team is looking for a new member to be based in Geneva, Switzerland, and to take on the role of Lead Distribution Coordinator. Your main responsibility will be to route incoming leads among the Sales team. You will be working closely with the Sales Operations team, the Sales team, and the Marketing team to deliver a top-class service. 

On a daily basis, you will

Distribute incoming leads to the Sales team by:

• Checking accuracy of information related to all incoming lead records in Salesforce


• Following up with prospects when provided with insufficient information


• Creating lead records received via email


• Uploading and processing leads generated by marketing campaigns


• Assigning and routing lead records to the correct salesperson


• Creating a workable opportunity for the salesperson in Salesforce


• Following set processes and assignment rules


• Participate in continuous internal process improvement


• Maintain Salesforce with accurate information
