R&D Project Leader - Automotive

We are growing and we are looking for an Automotive R&D Project Manager, reporting to the Head of the Business Unit.

Within a Business Unit dedicated to Automotive applications, you are responsible for establishing a complete range of products attached to a strategic application, considering or anticipating our Customers’ needs. In charge of the design step of a project, you:

• Identify and analyze strategic opportunities of technical innovations, regarding the problems experienced by our Customers and our knowledge of the market and applications.


• Lead highly innovative projects, starting from scratch or from an existing technology (through successive design, justification, prototyping, testing, pre-validation and validation steps).


• Drive the improvement of existing products (regarding design, customization and quality improvement).


• Work closely with all the teams involved in the project, in order to deliver the Customer a very high-value product tailored to specific expectations, with no equivalent on the market.

The challenge in this job will be favoring sources of differentiation thanks to a thoughtful technological and market intelligence. To ensure your success, you rely on your perfect knowledge of the Automotive industry, backed by your creativity and your previous experience in developing complex systems.

This position requires an advanced degree in Engineering and a fluent command of German, English and French.
