Position goal
Develop and implement a concept for evaluating and improving key (general, professional, and managerial) employee competencies enabling the WayRay Team to skyrocket.

You will be tasked with generating and implementing a large number of creative and unconventional ideas that reflect the company's spirit designing cool educational programs, empowering your colleagues, and cultivating their skills. This position involves a large amount of independent work and active engagement with colleagues from WayRay's Russian office and the integration of educational programs or events across all of the company's locations (primarily Switzerland and Russia).

Head of Talent Development is located in Zurich and answers to the HR director and works directly with all managers, team leads, and employees of the company. There are no direct subordinates during the probationary period; coordination with colleagues around joint projects and management of contractors is expected. After the successful completion of the probationary period, it will be possible to hire employees to the team (if necessary). Developing concepts for new educational programs, approving budgets, and hiring new contractors takes place together with the immediate supervisor.
