Consulting & Project Management - Business Management and Projects in International Financing Group 80-100%

Your field of responsibility

 

A challenging role within the Business Management and Projects team of the International Financing Group (IFG) Business Area with insights into the following businesses: Structured and Standard Lombard, Cash flow-backed lending, Real Estate Finance, Export Finance, Aviation & Yacht Finance and Ship Finance



  • We act as an enabler for IFG in general and partner with all our businesses to help them achieve their financial and strategic targets

  • You have the opportunity to lead and shape strategic discussions, coordinate business and process reviews, projects, budgeting processes, sales management and support on day-to-day business activities of our front employees

  • You drive collaboration and standardization across businesses, identifying business requirements, assessing and improving the product offering and business model

  • The unusual chance to support our senior management in management presentations and ad hoc requests and represent IFG in IWM divisional initiatives 

  • You closely work together with all IFG businesses and experts from across the bank, giving you the chance to build positive relationships across an international and diverse environment

Your skills and experience

 

  • A Masters’ degree with an above average track record

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience, ideally with a focus on banking or within a strategy consultancy firm, investment bank or global financial services corporation, lending specific knowledge is a big plus

  • You have a very structured, precise and efficient approach to problems and outstanding analytical skills

  • You like challenges, have a can-do attitude and aim for high quality results even under time pressure 

  • You are a team player with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility and a positive, high energy personality

  • You are fluent in English and preferably German – other languages are a plus
