L’avocat/e sera chargé de traiter, sous la supervision d’un associé, des dossiers complexes et stimulants couvrant un large éventail d'aspects « private clients » (planification patrimoniale et successorale en particulier), du droit des sociétés (assistance aux sociétés, entrepreneurs, groupes familiaux ainsi qu’à leurs actionnaires et équipes de direction), fusions et acquisitions et du droit commercial en général.

La personne recherchée devra s’intégrer dans une équipe résolument portée vers l’international, en raison de notre double culture, suisse et anglo-saxonne, en collaboration le plus souvent avec d’autres bureaux du Groupe,.

Nous recherchons des candidats qui répondent aux exigences et compétences suivantes :

• Brevet d’avocat de droit suisse


• Expérience de minium 3 ans en Etude d’avocats post brevet


• Appétence pour des dossiers à dimension internationale, sans préjudice de mandats locaux


• Approche pragmatique et orientée vers les résultats


• Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) indispensable ; autres langues : un atout


• Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels MS Office


• Equilibre entre esprit d’équipe et autonomie dans le travail

We are looking for a Swiss-qualified Associate Lawyer

Charles Russell Speechlys SA, a Swiss law firm, with offices in Geneva and Zurich, which is part of an international law firm with offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, is looking for a lawyer to strengthen our team in the following areas:

- Private Client

- Corporate and commercial law

- Mergers and Acquisitions

We are offering a position in a dynamic, friendly, highly motivated, professional and international team, a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to work on transactions with an international dimension.

The Associate lawyer will be responsible for handling, under the supervision of a partner, complex and challenging cases covering a wide range of private client aspects (in particular wealth and estate planning), corporate law (giving assistance to companies, entrepreneurs, family groups and their shareholders and management teams), mergers and acquisitions and commercial law in general.

The right person will have to be part of a team with a resolutely international outlook, due to our dual Swiss/ Anglo-Saxon culture, frequently in collaboration with other offices within the firm.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and skills:

- Swiss law qualification

- Minimum 3 years post Brevet experience in a law firm

- Affinity for cases with an international dimension but not to the detriment of local assignments 

- Pragmatic and results-oriented approach

- Perfect command of French and English (oral and written) essential; other languages would be an asset

- Mastery of the usual MS Office IT programmes

- Able to balance both team and independent working practice
