BRM IT Solution Architect Integration

Your field of responsibility

 

Join us as BRM IT Solution Architect Integration. In this role you are responsible for defining and maintaining the IT architecture in regards to all integration aspects of a Records Management off-the-shelf IT product on CS premises for the new BRM (Business Records Management) target solution (10 key interfaces, 150+ data delivering business applications). You will ensure that the IT integration architecture as part of the overall IT architecture and the BRM target solution will be certified by an independent 3rd party against applicable regulations. As solution architect you will provide advisory on program level to the implementation partner (Swiss team and large development site in India) and to the business application teams in all IT integration matters (container / cloud deployment, state-of-the-art interface technologies like Rest APIs & Micro Services, high volume batch interface, etc.). You will be responsible for the quality assurance of all IT deliverables related to your area, in particular by conducting reviews, providing approvals and ensuring all necessary program internal and external reviews.

The BRM (Business Records Management) program represents a strategic and key regulatory multi-year initiative at Credit Suisse applying an end-2-end agile approach (Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Scrum of Scrum). The BRM solution is based on a market leading standard software and will be deployed on premises on the new private cloud platform using Redhat Openshift. With 150+ (data delivering) upstream applications in Switzerland and big data volumes the BRM program team cooperates with most business areas within the bank to ensure the future compliant long-term safekeeping of data in scope of regulations.  

Your skills and experience

 

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (alternatively equivalent education in this domain)

  • Profound knowledge of Architectures (processes, tools, methods) including data models, SOA, micro services, cloud / container architectures, big data and experience in integrating COTS software

  • You bring several years of hands-on structured experience as Senior IT Architect in the banking / finance environment within a global and matrix organization

  • You have worked in similar roles on large global multi-functional projects enabling you to be successful in this role

  • You are an open-minded teammate with an enthusiastic and motivated personality and proven experience of solving complex challenges

  • You provide leadership to a team of senior solution architects and business analysts, you provide advice and guidance in all IT architecture related matters and you show leadership towards senior / executive management within Credit Suisse

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude

  • Your good communication skills in English (German is advantageous) allow you to collaborate effectively and to build up professional relationships

  • Knowledge of Records Management (regulatory safekeeping of data, archiving) is advantageous
