This role will be focused on drafting initial versions of standard commercial contracts, including for circulation to vendors and B2B customers, predominantly wholesale capacity distribution agreements with our B2B commercial partners across Europe, based on approved template documentation.  Negotiation of standard form documentation will be required, under the supervision of the Viasat legal team.  We will expect this role to be the central co-ordination point for contract amendments, renewals and SOWs, combining the contractual documentation with status and life cycle management.

This role could be based in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, with flexible home working possible.

Whilst we do not anticipate international travel to be a key component of this role, some flexibility will be needed to travel to meet with international colleagues from time to time.

This role will be part of the Legal team at Viasat, though a legal qualification is not required. Internal support, training and mentoring will be available to you, but must also be able to work independently as the majority of your colleagues will be international.
