Tasks

• diverse and challenging customer service by phone


• Advising customers regarding possible optimization of their banking products


• Transfer customers to appropriate interfaces (e.g. mortgage or investment specialists)

Profile

• Commercial or equivalent completed professional qualification


• Experience in telephone contact with customers is a must (career changers or re-entrants are welcome)


• Fluent in Italian & French


• German would be a plus


• Joy in dealing with customers by telephone


• High customer orientation and awareness of quality


• A communicative, reliable and resilient personality
