In response to our customer’s requirements, we are looking for an IS Project/Program Manager based in Geneva.

 Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of all Information System key projects from end-to-end


• Provide detailed costs and schedule estimates throughout the projects


• Manage project risks and dependencies


• Handle contract management with software development providers/partners


• Supervise technical and functional specifications writing activities


• Design functional and technical solutions


• Steer IS development and testing activities


• Manage resources involved in the IS projects : functional analysis, development, and technical operation teams


• Support release management activities


• Implement corporate reporting tools


• Coordinate change management activities to ensure successful buy-in of the targeted end user population


• Deliver projects within the agreed quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• Higher education completed, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Computer Science


• Ability to manage complex IS projects in an international environment : minimum 7 years experience as a project/program manager


• Strong IT and methodology background


• Experience of a PM methodology (e.g.: PMI, Prince2): PMP certification is a plus


• Extensive knowledge and experience of Agile project management is required


• Fluent in English (mandatory) and good level in French


• Strong leadership and coordination skills


• Excellent communication skills, active listener


• Quality-focused, solution-oriented
