Trainee program (15 months) in Research and Development Services (RDS) organisation with the focus on the interface of business needs and IT requirements
Develop a digitalisation strategy and communicate and translate the business needs to the IT-community
Support Project Management Team within RDS in continuous development of projects and portfolio management tools
Support projects in Group Operations and Group IT, e.g. on Big Data management and evaluation.
Support the RDS organisation with the implementation of a new Service-LIMS in the central laboratories
Minimum Bachelor-Degree, Master-Degree diploma preferred, in an IT related studies, e.g. business informatics
Ideally relevant work experience in a multinational company
Profund understanding of business processes, big data management & IT based business support tools
Sound understanding of scientific as well as IT language to communicate with both sides
English language fluent, proficiency in German is an asset
Willing to have one or two work assignments abroad (up to 6 months)
