Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) (Ref. No. R0127990)

You will enjoy having this responsibility:
As Regional Sales Manager you will own and drive the relationship interface towards our customers. This will include the development of key business relationships and managing every stage of the sales process with the end customer within the assigned vertical. In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a successful team and work in an international environment, in close collaboration with the distribution team to drive and build the Thales DIS/CPL revenue.
It also involves the following tasks:
You will investigate, generate, cultivate and manage high-value sales opportunities.
You will develop and leverage a high profile presence within pre-defined targeted corporate accounts.
You will establish strong, long-term strategic relationships with key customers and partners in the Enterprise market space.
You will plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.
You will manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
You will provide regular reporting and forecasting.
You will plan and execute on marketing and customer events.
You will cooperate with other business units within Thales when applicable.
You have:
5+ years proven track record of selling, ideally security software /solutions
Ability to communicate sales and marketing strategy globally, to articulate our message to a wide variety of audiences, and to Organize, manage and execute a detailed Sales Territory Plan
We are looking for someone with knowledge of underlying security technologies, and who is able to understand software and hardware IT products & solutions
You need to be self-driven & enthusiastic entrepreneur with ability to meet targets. Team player, with strong coordination and collaboration skills
Full English and German proficiency
This role is a field based role, so we expect the employee to be out with customers 2-3 days per week. Ability to travel is also requested
