Senior Omni-channel Marketing Manager (w/m)

For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a senior omni-channel marketing specialist. You would be part of a highly motivated and committed team within Wealth Management, called “Markets and Campaigns”. You would work in close collaboration with the Wealth Management market heads and the department “Investment Distribution and Client Management”, “Lead Generation”, as well as other marketing teams within the Center of Excellence “Marketing and Analytics”.

Your opportunity

• Shape the transformation within Wealth Management  from an event-driven to a growth driven, omni-channel marketing


• Analyze and define segment-specific client journeys, needs and related touch points


• Drive the implementation of KPI-driven marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive the generation of inbound leads


• Consult and execute on Wealth Management Distribution Campaigns, e.g. strategic Investment Initiatives


• Contribute to Vontobel wide campaigns and with focus on Wealth Management business drivers


• Ensure our product positioning and offering, as well as the creative messaging are strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts


• Develop, organize and control a high-end event portfolio for your markets (e.g. expert and social events, thought leadership events, roundtables or a golf trophy)


• Define the core content and messages as well as creation of content for various event formats (including definition of internal and external keynote speakers) and distribution channels e.g. social media, newsletter, landingpage, etc.


• Monitor and incorporate new trends, like new event formats (digital, hybrid), event management tools, as well as actively introducing new campaign ideas


• Take responsibility for the management and optimal use of the market budget


• Define relevant market KPIs and develop  a dashboard for monitoring and reporting of communication/marketing measures with common tools (in cooperation with internal client experience experts and data analysts)


• Coordinate external service providers such as agencies, event material producers, life-streaming provider, hotels, technicians etc.

 

You bring

• 5 years plus experience in digital marketing & campaigning, event management and communication


• Several years of professional experience in omni-channel campaign and event management


• Several years in banking, preferably dealing with high-end clients and senior management


• Several years of experience in digital marketing (either working for a digital agency or a consultancy)


• Solid track record in managing the entire wealth management marketing value chain


• Excellent organizational skills and project experience


• German as mother tongue a must, excellent language skills - both oral and written - in English, other languages would be an advantage
