Your tasks



  • Analysis of technical customer requirements

  • Preparation of inquiries to ATP (Automatic Train Protection) suppliers including technical and commercial aspects

  • Definition of ATP solution and offer concepts with the Bid-project team - focus on ETCS

  • Preparation of the technical description of the proposed solution

  • Engineering hours calculation

  • Direct interface with Stadler business development

  • Direct interface with the customer for technical clarification during the offer phase

  • Review of the final offer to customer on technical side


Your profile



  • Completed technical education as an electronics, electrical or IT engineer ETH / TU / FH or comparable

  • Knowledge of ETCS (European Train Control System) preferred, including the standards of the European Railway Agency (ERA)

  • Knowledge of national train control systems in various European countries

  • As advantage 2 years of experience in bid and tender management or project execution in signalling area

  • As advantage knowledge of RAMS / LCC (Life Cost Cycle) topics

  • Fluent English is a must(spoken and written - standard business English)

  • German language on B2 level as advantage. Other languages are welcome

  • Interested in working in a multidisciplinary and international work environment

  • Good interpersonal and management skills
