Your tasks
Analysis of incoming customer tickets related to ETCS (European train control system) problems (based on: ETCS Logs, JRU data, Train diagnosis, customer description)
Preparation of corresponding reports related to the bugs
Direct interface with Stadler project team
Direct interface with ETCS supplier
Direct interface with customers
Your profile
Completed technical education as an electronics, electrical or IT engineer ETH / TU / FH or comparable
Knowledge of ETCS (European Train Control System) in terms of Hardware and functionality
Knowledge on the vehicle system integration. Specialization in ETCS integration is an advantage
Experience in warranty or commissioning field related to ETCS bug analysis as an advantage
Fluent in English and German on minimum B2 level
Interested in working in a multidisciplinary and international work environment
Good interpersonal skills: Reliable, flexible, communicative and hard-working
