DESCRIPTION

As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for experienced digital health practitioners aspired to join a vibrant, growing business and dynamic team. You will support life sciences Account Management team focusing on driving digital health in Europe and will be involved into end-to-end engagement cycle from co-creation of opportunities to the delivery and execution of the digital health solutions. The position is within the Account Management Team based out of Zurich with travel foreseen primarily within Europe.

Responsibilities

• This role offers to take leading roles in providing consulting services to leading pharma companies and involves following key tasks:
  
  
  
  • Working and leading multi-disciplinary teams delivering the the digital health platforms and ecosystem solutions, digital therapeutics and digital bio makers development
  
  
  • Working with senior stakeholders and SMEs in pharma and med-tech clients
  
  
  • Contribute to developing innovative approaches/solutions from concept to delivery
  
  
  • Provide your subject matter knowledge to business development via preparing proposals and value proposition materials to position EPAM in the market
  
  

Requirements

• Possess an in-depth understanding of Digital Health Market


• Experienced in leading development of Digital Health Solution including SaMD Telehealth, Companion Apps, Patient engagement and Monitoring and Treatment adherence solutions


• Good understanding of building digital health platforms and ecosystems including intergrations with wearables/devices, Medical Monitors, Home Devices, EMR Systems and Payors for Cost Estimates, Insurance Claims & Payments


• Knowledge/experience with digital innovation, patient experience & centricity, "Digital Health" eco-systems, and advising on market dynamics would be highly desirable


• In-depth Knowledge/ experience of working with teams responsible for designing and implementing digital health solutions according to ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, ISO 14971


• Minimum 5 years relevant combined industry experience (manager/senior manager levels) i.e., a “Big-4” and / or consultancy boutiques / system integrators / Life sciences & Pharma companies


• Foundation consultant skillsets and experience, e.g., process definition, process design, patient journey mapping, business/system architecture modeling, workshop facilitation, project planning, and change management techniques


• Experience in contributing and supporting business development and account teams with providing domain expertise, preparing proposals, developing value propositions, and performing client presentations


• Robust project management methodology and experience with multi-disciplinary project environments


• Experience working with multi-disciplinary solutions with dispersed teams and cultures


• Project team/steam leadership skills, staff mentoring combined with a high emotional intelligence


• Bachelor's / Master's university degree plus additional relevant credentials/certifications are an asset


• Fluent in English, German/French is a plus


• Advanced communication, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and planning skills
