What you will do

In this challenging key role, you will lead and develop the Labwerx application team in Switzerland with the goal of increasing the efficiency of application programming and setup time, as well as increasing the serviceability of customer-specific systems and components.

 

Responsibilities will include

• Technical and administrative management of the Application Engineers group


• Leadership and development of subordinate employees


• Project Realization:
  
  
  
  • System design according to customer requirements
  
  
  • Setting up and testing of customer specific system
  
  
  • Programming of customer specific workflows
  
  
  • Preparation of project documentation
  
  


• Knowledge Management, implementation of global best-practices and continuous Improvement

 

What you bring along

• Technical or scientific education (Bachelor/Master)


• Programming skills


• 2-5 years of work experience in industry


• First experience in leading a small team


• German and English (B2) language skills, all other languages are a plus


• Broad understanding of customer applications in life science


• Knowledge in automation is a strong plus


• Highly customer-oriented mindset and a Can Do attitude
