Join us as a Securities Settlement Specialist
In this critical role, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate settlement of foreign & domestic securities (versus payment) of exchange traded securities & securities deliveries for outsourcing legal entities and brands in the UK
You’ll be part in a collaborative and vibrant team
What you'll do
In your new role, you’ll provide timely and accurate Settlement of foreign & domestic securities (mainly versus payment) of exchange traded securities.
You’ll also be:
Monitoring of outstanding settlements
Deal/Coordinate with special cases
Support of Private Banking regarding securities deliveries versus payment
Regular Testing of Avaloq
Establish and document (or follow and/or maintain) operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet Group and local policy requirements
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with profound knowledge and a technical understanding of securities processes. Comprehensive experience in securities settlements & deliveries. Good knowledge of Avaloq would be an asset. Crucially, you’ll be a service oriented team player, with the ability to make sound decisions with a structured work approach.
On top of this, you’ll need:
Very good communication skills
A good command of German and strong English, both written and verbal
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products & Internet skills.
