As Pictet AM’s needs are growing, we are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Software Delivery team, which is responsible for building corporate solutions for Pictet AM. In this role you will work as part of a development squad within our Geneva-based corporate platform.

Your role

• Working as a member of an Agile team of IT specialists and financial professionals.


• Actively participating in different Agile ceremonies as Senior Developer.


• Ensuring the quality of deliverables (unit tests, UI tests, etc.).


• Providing support during production incidents.


• Actively participating in the chapter community, proposing technical upgrades and initiatives to reduce technical debt.


• Mentoring more junior chapter members.


• Proposing solutions to achieve the platform architect’s vision.

Your profile

• At least five years’ experience in development with Java technology-oriented crud applications and Javascript clients and scalable APIs gateways.


• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).


• Experience in the asset management industry would be a plus.


• Mastery of Spring and JPA frameworks as well as SQL language.


• Knowledge of Kotlin – Python – JS framework – RabbitMQ – Cloud platforms – Kube would be a plus.


• At ease with management configuration tools: Maven, Git and Bamboo.


• Strong advocate of testing and CI practices.


• Good command of French and English coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.


• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to focus on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.


• Strong team player and capable of building positive and collaborative relationships with all Pictet AM teams and providers.


• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
