Your team

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment specialist with expertise in hedge funds, private equity and global real estate. The Geneva and London-based team constructs, manages and advises on portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

PAA is looking to hire a Strategic Development Manager to steer its development. The position is based in Geneva and you will report to the Chief Financial Officer & Head of Development Strategy.

Your role

• Leading the implementation and coordination of strategic initiatives centered around the Group Vision 2025


• Advising on new areas for development, such as additional private asset classes (e.g. venture capital, infrastructure and timber)


• Monitoring technology developments with PropTech/RealTech, FinTech and Blockchain


• Coordinating the relationship with key internal clients

Your profile

• 3-5 years’ experience in a first-tier strategy consulting firm


• Very strong analytical / logical thinking skills


• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


• Entrepreneurial spirit


• Knowledge of alternative investments (private equity, PERE and venture capital)


• Comfort around advanced analytics (some ability in python is a plus)


• Excellent command of English and conversational French


• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
