What will you be doing? As a Regional Cloud Architect EMEA you work together with solution architects, cloud engineers and subject matter experts on innovative solutions for the cloud solutions of our larger global clients. As Valtech is a digital agency, these cloud solutions will be in the realm of the digital – ecommerce, internet of things, global platforms hosting many websites etc. You’re involved in projects of high complexity. You consult clients on architecture and guide them through the decision-making process and help us win new challenging engagements. You guide and coach teams to implement solutions, solve design problems, learn how to troubleshoot and keep things in good shape. You help to grow the cloud and software engineers around Valtech in knowledge and best practices. You participate and share actively in craft circles – Valtechs very own tech communities. You set the standards and take the lead in innovation.
What do we expect from you? As a Regional Cloud Architect EMEA you are a thought leader in your area. You have in depth knowledge on and extensive experience with large scale cloud native architectures applied to public facing online services – high traffic, business critical. You have excellent consulting skills and are used to work in commercial surroundings. You have good people skills and can communicate comprehensively with both technical and non-technical people and have a matured DevOps mindset.
